Nexus Weddings is now Nexis Photography!!!

After much consideration Leigh and I have decided to offer our photography services exclusively; no longer offering videography services. For those of you who have already booked us for your event, of course this will not affect you; we are simply not booking any additional video events going forward. This was a tough decision because we enjoy creating fun and unique wedding videos, and it is very hard to turn down an excited bride who wants us to film her wedding. However, the video is extremely time consuming and long term we have some other plans in mind that would make it very difficult for us to continue providing video services.

So what does that mean going forward? Well for one, we are focusing exclusively on our photography services and changing our name from Nexus Weddings to “Nexis Photography.” Since we are providing more than just wedding photography, we wanted to drop the “weddings” out of the name. Unfortunately, there is already a “Nexus Photography” in Kansas and we didn’t want there to be any confusion, so we had to come up with something different. After going over a lot of options we thought “Nexis Photography” was the best solution. In the next week or so we’ll be updating our website and uploading some more photos from recent events. Our new website will be http://www.nexisphotography.com/, but we will still own the http://www.nexusweddings.com/ domain for a while so that former clients and referrals can still find us. We’re excited about the change and looking forward to providing our clients with the very best photography around!
